2.精通 Go 和 Python，具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉常见的数据结构和算法。
3.熟悉主流Web 框架（如 Gin、FastAPI、Flask），有大规模后端系统开发经验。
4.熟悉SQL/NoSQL 数据库（如 MySQL、MongoDB、Redis），并具备数据库优化能力。
5.熟悉微服务架构、gRPC、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ），有分布式系统开发经验者优先。
6.熟悉Docker/Kubernetes，能够独立完成集群部署和运维优化。
7.熟悉深度学习相关算法开发经验者优先。
8.具备大模型Agent领域、工业互联网相关业务开发经验者优先。
9.具备良好的代码风格和架构设计能力，对高并发、高可用系统有深入理解。
10.具备较强的团队合作能力，能带领小团队推进项目，具有一定的管理和协调能力。
11.责任心强，具备独立解决问题的能力，有较强的学习能力和技术钻研精神。
