岗位职责
1、需要根据需求文档制定合理的开发计划，把控好软件开发项目质量和进度，带领开发人员做好项目软件开发。
2、根据需求文档，做好业务分析和需求转化设计，根据需求做好投入开发工时评估工作。
3、能够编写框架级代码，提升开发效率。
4、对于软件开发项目具有较强的质量和进度把控能力；
5、根据客户需求实现客户软件的开发及发布。
任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历；计算机软件、电力、自动化信息工程相关专业优先；5年以上JAVA开发工作经验；
2、Java基础知识扎实，熟练使用JDK中常用工具类以及常用的等第三方工具类库；
3、熟练使用Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、Spring Cloud Alibaba等开发框架；
4、熟练使用MySQL、Oracle、OSS、Redis等存储技术，了解各存储特性；
5、熟练掌握基于docker K8s的容器化部署
6、熟悉JVM的参数配置和性能调优，可以使用JVM提供的工具如 jstack、jmap 等排查和解决线上问题；
7、熟练使用maven，git等包管理和代码管理工具；
8、了解并熟练掌握前端技术JQuery, Vue, TS、React, Angular等前端开发框架；
9、有较强的责任心，良好的表达能力和沟通能力，具有良好的团队合作意识，对技术有钻研精神，乐于分享。
