工作职责
1. 统筹自动化生产班组的日常排班、任务派工与进度管控，严格按照生产计划达成产能、交期与品质目标，保障产线连续稳定运行。
2. 牵头班组现场管理，严格落实安全生产规范、5S作业标准与工艺操作要求，及时排查、处置产线运行中的设备异常、品质偏差等突发问题，降低生产损耗与停机时长。
3. 负责班组人员的作业带教、技能培训与日常考核，梳理优化班组作业流程，推动自动化产线操作标准化落地，持续提升班组整体作业效率。
4. 协同设备、工艺、品质等跨部门团队，跟进产线调试、工艺迭代、异常复盘等事项，推动生产环节问题闭环改善。
任职要求
1. 中专/高中及以上学历，机电一体化、电气自动化、工业工程等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上制造行业自动化产线工作经验，1年以上班组管理相关经验，有电力设备、低压电器制造行业经验者优先。
3. 熟悉自动化生产设备的基础操作与日常运维逻辑，能看懂基础电气原理图，具备常见产线异常的快速判断与处置能力。
4. 具备较强的现场统筹能力、执行力与沟通协调能力，熟悉生产现场安全、品质、效率管控要点，能适应制造车间排班节奏。
