3.统筹技术文档编制与管理，包括产品图纸、BOM 表、技术规范、试验报告、作业指导书等，确保文档的完整性、准确性和规范性。
4.协同产品设计、测试、工艺等岗位推进研发项目，对接供应链团队评估零部件可用性，保障研发进度按计划落地。
5.解决产品开发和生产过程中的复杂技术问题，提供技术支持。
6.跟踪已量产产品的市场反馈，主导技术迭代与改进，提升产品竞争力。

任职资格：
1. 5 年及以上商用车滤清器正向研发工作经验（必须具备从 “概念设计→样品试制→测试验证→量产落地” 全流程主导经验）；
2. 至少主导过 1 款商用车滤清器（如空气滤清器、燃油滤清器、机油滤清器）成功量产；
