In recent years, the company has launched kisslock smart access control, door lock product series, Lutu Yiju short-term rental platform, etc., applied in smart property, smart home, smart oilfield, smart agriculture, smart tourism, smart building, intelligent security, big data applications and other fields.
The company is located in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone and has five subsidiaries: Anshan Guoyang Subsidiary (mainly engaged in the manufacturing and R&D of the full series of optical communication products, planned to complete shareholding reform within this year), Guoyang Shares Subsidiary (established in 2000, shareholding reform in 2009, mainly engaged in IoT hardware equipment), Guoyang Communications Subsidiary (mainly engaged in the sales of optical communication products), Zhuhai Saiyang Investment Subsidiary (mainly engaged in investment management, currently forming M&A funds with multiple listed companies, establishing a characteristic town 3P fund with the Huaihua Municipal Government, and establishing an emerging industry fund with the Anshan Municipal Government), and Lutu Yiju Subsidiary (mainly engaged in the operation of the Lutu Yiju platform).
