岗位职责:
"1、界面设计：主导公司信息系统(涵盖软件、APP、网站等)的用户界面(UI)设计工作，从公司品牌形象、用户需求和系统特性出发,构思并创作出富有创意、简洁美观且易用的界面视觉效果，确保界面风格与品牌形象高度契合，提升信息系统的辨识度和用户吸引力。
2、交互设计：与项目经理、开发团队紧密协作，深入理解用户需求和业务逻辑，参与产品交互设计环节，通过制作原型等方式,将抽象的产品概念转化为直观的交互设计方案，提前验证交互流程的合理性和可行性。
3、设计规范制定与维护：负责参与制定并完善公司信息系统的UI设计规范，包括但不限于色彩体系、字体样式、图标设计标准、按钮风格、布局规范等，确保公司各信息系统在视觉表现上的一致性和规范性，降低设计和开发成本，提高工作效率。"
任职要求:
"1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，视觉传达设计、交互设计、数字媒体艺术等相关设计专业优先。
2、工作经验：具有3年以上UI设计工作经验和需求分析经验，有完整的产品设计项目经验者优先，能够独立承担产品从概念设计到终上线的全流程UI设计工作。
3、软件技能熟练掌握主流设计工具，如Sketch、AdobeXD、Figma等，能够高效地进行界面设计和原型制作;精通Photoshop、ustrat等图形图像处理软件,具备扎实的图形绘制和图像处理能力。了解HTML、CSS等前端开发基础知识，对设计与开发的衔接逻辑有清晰的认识，能够与开发团队顺畅沟通，确保设计方案的可实现性。
4、熟悉软件测试流程和规范；熟练掌握软件测试方法和常用测试工具者优先。
5、有强烈的责任心，抗压能力以及团队合作精神。"
