岗位职责:
1、结合信息部整体信息化战略规划，独立负责财务业务域的整体信息化建设规划，负责财务业务域信息化小组的团队建设和管理。
2、负责财务业务域相关项目的需求调研、分析、设计和实施，包括但不限于预算平台、财务共享中心、费控系统、税务申报、财务中台等，协调与财务系统相关的其他应用系统小组工作。
3、负责ERP系统财务模块的支持和优化，在ERP系统使用过程中对用户进行培训和指导。
4、处理与其他应用系统对接的相关问题，如研发系统、销售系统、办公系统、供应链系统、制造系统、BI系统、金税系统等。
5、完成领导交付的其他工作任务。
任职要求:
1、本科以上学历，财务管理或信息化相关专业，有5年以上制造业的财务信息化相关工作经验，有金蝶、SAP FICO等项目主导经验优先；
2、熟悉ERP财务系统和流程(包括应收，应付，成本，总账，资产，资金，项目管理等)；
3、具备制造业的财务信息化项目如金蝶财务模块、SAP FICO、预算管理平台、财务共享中心、财务中台等三个或以上的项目主导经验；
4、具有良好的用户需求分析和理解能力，熟悉需求开发和管理方法和技能，擅长业务流程梳理和解决方案的设计；
5、工作细致，具有良好的团队合作精神，高度的工作责任心和敬业精神；
6、思维清晰，良好的语言表达能力。
7、有PMP或其他项目管理认证，有财务会计资格证者优先。
