4、工程能力：习惯编写单元测试、集成测试，掌握 DevOps 流水线原理和软件发布流程，包括持续交付流水线维护、版本管理、灰度发布、蓝绿部署、回滚机制等
5、人员辅导：必须具备带新人的能力，能够把控下属的方案和代码质量，并推动开发人员技术能力提升；
