岗位职责
1、参与项目系统架构设计(SAAS系统、微服务),参与技术调研和方案制定,参与项目环境搭建,代码规范制定；
2、参与公司产品基础框架和组件以及新需求的框架研发和扩展，技术难点攻关和新技术预研；
3、进行系统技术平台的选型和评估技术的可行性；
技能要求
1、扎实的java编程基础，对各种开源的框架如Spring、mybatis、Spring boot、Spring cloud等有深入的了解；
2、熟练使用Maven等发布管理工具，熟悉Linux环境及常用命令，熟悉消息服务中间件；
3、熟悉设计模式，擅长性能调优，有大型分布式、集群、高并发、高负载、高可用系统设计；
4、熟练使用SQL语句，熟悉主流数据库（Oracle、SQL Server、MySql），熟悉Redis等内存数据库；
5、熟练Linux操作系统及其常规命令；
6、熟练多线程和高并发的开发，对线程机制,锁机制等有比较深入的研究
7、具有很强的问题分析定位能力及系统调优能力；
8、本科以上学历，3年及以上JAVA开发工作经验；
9、具备高度的责任心和敬业精神，良好的团队合作精神，良好的学习及语言表达能力；
加分项
1、有Saas系统、微服务架构设计经验者优先；
2、有Docker等容器使用经验者优先；
3、对于数据库的分布式事务有一定的经验者优先；
