1.负责PLM系统功能开发、功能迭代与接口开发，配合团队完成ERP、CRM、SRM等企业系统的功能迭代与跨系统接口集成、数据对接工作。
2.参与项目需求分析、业务梳理与技术方案设计，独立完成PLM核心模块编码开发、迭代优化及单元测试，保障功能稳定落地。
3.具备全栈独立开发能力，负责接口与代码优化、逻辑重构，提升系统性能、并发能力及运行稳定性。
4.编写完善技术、接口相关文档，协助排查系统部署及运维过程中的技术问题，保障系统平稳运行。
岗位要求
1.学历：本科及以上学历（能力优秀者可放宽至大专），计算机、软件工程、信息技术等相关专业。
2.经验：拥有1-3年Java后端开发工作经验，有企业级业务系统开发经验优先。
3.技能要求：
• 熟练使用MySQL、SQL Server主流数据库，精通SQL编写、索引优化、慢查询优化，掌握Redis、MongoDB等NoSQL缓存技术及实际落地应用；
• 熟练掌握Spring Cloud微服务架构体系，了解容器化部署相关技术，适配企业微服务项目开发；
• 熟悉RESTful API接口开发规范，熟练完成前后端、跨系统接口联调，了解RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、Kafka等主流消息队列的使用场景及开发应用；
• 了解Vue、React前端技术栈，熟悉低代码平台，能够独立完成简单前端页面开发调试，具备全栈开发能力者优先；
• 熟悉Linux服务器环境，具备项目部署、日志排查、问题定位分析能力，熟练使用Git版本控制工具；
• 熟悉 Activiti 流程引擎，了解多租户系统开发；
• 了解 Java C/S 架构、RMI 调用、JFace 组件库；
有鼎捷PLM二次开发、系统集成或制造类企业项目开发经验者优先
