一、岗位职责

二、任职要求
1. 学历与经验：大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上JAVA后端开发经验，有互联网业务系统开发经验者优先。
2. 技术能力：
- 熟练掌握JAVA基础，熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架，能独立完成服务搭建与开发。
- 熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库与中间件，具备SQL优化、缓存设计及问题排查能力。
- 了解微服务架构设计思想，有分布式系统开发、高并发场景处理经验者优先。
- 掌握Git版本控制工具，熟悉敏捷开发流程，具备良好的代码规范意识。
3. 软技能：具备较强的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，良好的沟通协作能力及抗压能力，能快速适应业务需求变化。
