5、负责对现有系统进行性能优化，提升系统的稳定性和可用性，确保系统在高并发场景下依然能够稳定运行。
任职要求：
1、拥有5年以上Java开发经验，具备扎实的Java编程基础。
2、精通Java核心机制，包括多线程、集合框架、IO/NIO等，能够编写高效、稳定的Java代码。
3、深入理解JVM原理，包括GC调优、内存模型等，能够解决JVM层面的性能问题。
