#### 岗位职责：
1. 负责工厂生产测试工具、研发自动化工具的架构设计与开发
2. 开发基于Python的仪器控制程序（含CMW500综测仪、程控电源等设备）
3. 实现网络通信协议的解析与封装（TCP/IP/UDP/HTTP/自定义协议）
4. 集成C/C++动态库（DLL/so）至Python工具链，开发硬件通信中间件
5. 设计并实现生产测试数据的存储、分析与可视化方案
6. 维护和优化现有生产工具，提升测试效率和系统稳定性

#### 任职要求：
【必要技能】
- 统招本科及以上学历，计算机/电子工程/自动化相关专业
- 3年以上Python开发经验，熟悉asyncio、多线程编程
- 精通网络协议开发，有Socket编程、Wireshark抓包分析经验
- 熟悉CMW500/LTE/VSA等测试仪器的SCPI指令控制
- 掌握动态库集成技术（ctypes/CFFI/PyBind11）
- 熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL数据库设计与性能优化
- 了解RS232/GPIB/USB等设备通信接口

【加分项】
- 有工厂MES/自动化测试系统开发经验
- 熟悉Jenkins/GitLab CI持续集成工具
- 了解射频测试基本原理（如5G NR/WiFi6）
- 具备C/C++混合编程能力
