工作职责
1、参与大模型API开放平台核心架构设计与研发，基于 Java/Go 技术栈实现 API 网关、推理调度等核心模块，支撑日均百亿级 Token 推理请求。
2、负责多模型统一接入与API标准化设计，对接主流大模型及推理框架，实现版本管理、灰度发布与推理性能优化。
3、优化分布式系统高并发、高可用能力，设计限流、熔断、容灾方案，解决分布式事务、缓存优化等核心技术难题，提升系统吞吐量与稳定性。
4、搭建全链路监控与可观测性体系，快速定位线上故障，优化 Token 计算与资源调度策略，降低推理成本。
5、参与技术选型与架构演进，构建高性能服务体系，沉淀可复用架构方案与技术规范，推进前沿技术落地与组件优化。
任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上Java/Go后端开发经验（双栈精通优先）。
2、有中大型分布式系统架构设计经验优先，有大模型开放平台/AI API网关研发经验者优先。
3、精通Java/Go任一技术栈核心原理：Java需掌握JVM调优、Spring生态，Go需精通协程调度、Go 生态框架，具备高性能服务开发调优能力；熟悉vue,next.js及react等前端框架。
4、精通MySQL/Redis（索引设计、缓存策略、集群优化）与 Kafka/RocketMQ，具备分库分表、高可靠消息投递实战经验。
5、熟悉云原生技术栈（Docker、K8s、CI/CD），有架构重构与技术债务优化经验；熟练掌握分布式系统设计理论，能解决复杂分布式技术难题。
6、熟悉 Nacos、Elasticsearch、Kubernetes 等常用中间件与运维环境。
7、对新技术保持敏锐洞察与学习热情，持续关注大模型平台、云原生、分布式系统等领域的技术演进，具备技术创新意识。
8、工作严谨负责，具备良好的沟通协作能力和问题解决能力，能独立承担模块开发任务，善于总结沉淀技术经验，乐于在团队内进行技术分享。
