主要职责
1、负责高速数字电路（如DDRx, PCIe, USB, HDMI, MIPI等）及高速SerDes通道的PCB板级和封装基板级信号完整性仿真分析，包括拓扑结构优化、阻抗匹配、时序分析、串扰评估等；
2、进行系统级和板级电源完整性仿真分析，包括电源分配网络设计、目标阻抗分析、同步开关噪声、去耦电容优化与策略制定；
3、建立并验证高速互联的仿真模型，如传输线、过孔、连接器、芯片封装及IBIS/IBIS-AMI、S参数模型等；
4、与硬件设计、PCB布局工程师紧密合作，在设计前期提供SI/PI设计规则与约束，并在布局布线阶段进行协同优化；
5、参与技术选型，对关键芯片、封装、PCB材料及连接器进行电气性能评估，开发和完善SI/PI仿真流程、方法与模板，提升团队整体设计效率和仿真精度。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、微波工程或相关专业，5年以上专注SI/PI仿真分析的工作经验；
2、熟练掌握PCB板级和封装基板级SI/PI仿真全流程，精通一种或多种行业标准仿真工具，如 Keysight ADS/Cadence Sigrity/PowerSI/Ansys HFSS 等；
3、深刻理解高速数字电路设计原理、传输线理论、微波网络及电源分配网络理论；
4、熟悉常见高速接口协议及其SI/PI要求，熟悉PCB和封装基板制造工艺、材料特性及其对电气性能的影响；
5、优先考虑：
（1）具备芯片-封装-系统协同设计与分析经验者；
（2）有复杂多层板、HDI板或先进封装（如2.5D/3D IC）SI/PI仿真经验者优先。
（3）能够熟练使用矢量网络分析仪、示波器、时域反射计等仪器进行SI/PI测试者。
