岗位职责：
1、负责公司软件产品（Web端、移动端、数据大屏等）的整体用户体验设计与用户界面视觉设计，产出高质量的设计方案。
2、深度参与产品需求讨论与分析，从用户体验角度提出设计建议，完成用户研究、信息架构、交互流程及原型设计。
3、独立完成高保真视觉界面、交互细节及设计规范（Design System）的输出，并为开发团队提供支持，确保设计还原度。
4、跟踪和分析产品数据与用户反馈，持续优化产品体验，提升用户易用性与满意度。
5、参与建立并维护公司产品的设计语言与品牌视觉规范，保证多产品线设计体验的一致性。
任职要求：
1、设计相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网或软件产品UI/UX设计经验，有成熟作品集。
2、精通Figma、Sketch、Adobe Creative Suite等主流设计工具，熟悉产品设计全流程。
3、具备优秀的用户界面视觉设计能力，对色彩、布局、动效有深刻理解和实践。
4、具备良好的用户思维和交互逻辑能力，能独立完成用户流程、交互原型设计。
5、沟通表达能力强，具备良好的团队协作精神，能与产品、开发团队高效配合。有B端后台、数据可视化或物联网相关项目经验者优先。
