4.技术方案与研发协作：参与项目的技术评审、架构设计及详细方案讨论，输出可行性技术方案；协同产品、算法、测试团队推进研发任务落地，确保项目按时高质量交付。

任职要求：
1.计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
2.具备Java开发经验，能够设计、开发并维护高质量的应用程序，高潜同学可以放宽到1-3年
3.熟悉Spring Boot 等主流框架，了解 RESTful API 设计与微服务架构，熟悉数据库（SQL 和 NoSQL）
4.优秀的调试和问题解决能力，能独立处理复杂的技术问题
