岗位职责：
1. 参与项目需求调研，协助产品经理与业务部门沟通技术方案；
2. 输出研发相关的技术设计文档的编写，主导技术评审；
3. 负责关键逻辑的代码编写、代码评审，代码版本管理；
4. 配合项目管理好研发小组，对研发结果负责；
5. 解决项目执行的技术难点；
6. 指导其他人员编写代码，优化系统性能，提高编码质量；
7. 完成项目执行过程中应用的新技术的提炼和整理；
岗位要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，3-5年java开发经验，精通基于Spring boot、Spring Cloud、Dubbo等微服务架构，并有实际使用经验，精通Spring框架、Mybatis持久层框架及Redis；
2. 熟悉常用的中间件及分布式技术（如缓存、Nacos、NoSql、消息系统、分布式调度，RPC等）；
3. 熟悉软件技术文档的编写，具备良好的文档编制习惯和代码书写规范；
4. 思路清晰，有良好的需求理解、分析、抽象能力和系统设计能力；
5. 对技术有激情，喜欢钻研，能快速接受和掌握新技术，有较强的独立、主动的学习能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力；
6. 具备较强的抗压能力，AI智能客服相关产品经验优先。
