岗位职责
1. 负责图像识别、多模态等 AI 算法的工程化开发、部署与性能优化，推动算法在实际业务中的高效落地；
2. 参与公司算法集群（推理/训练）的维护与优化，提升计算资源利用率与整体推理效率；
3. 负责 AI 服务的接口设计与开发（gRPC / REST API），优化数据流转与系统稳定性；
4. 搭建和维护算法 Demo 系统，支撑内部验证、业务测试及对外展示；
5. 参与部分后端业务系统开发，持续优化数据存储、计算性能与系统架构；
6. 负责数据爬虫与数据处理工作，支持 AI 模型训练数据的采集、清洗与迭代优化；
7. 在日常研发中主动使用 AI 工具（如代码生成、调试、文档、数据分析等）提升个人及团队效率。

岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，3 年以上 Python 开发经验；
2. 熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架（PyTorch / TensorFlow / TensorRT 等），具备实际模型部署经验；
3. 熟练使用 OpenCV、NumPy 等常用库，对图像/视频处理相关业务有较深入理解；
4. 具备扎实的算法工程化能力，熟悉 HTTP 网络协议，有 AI 服务化、工程落地经验者优先；
5. 熟悉 MySQL、SQLite 等数据库，熟练掌握多线程 / 多进程开发；
6. 熟悉 Flask / Django / FastAPI / Gradio 等框架及 Git 等协作工具；
7. 对 AI 技术充满热情，代码规范意识强，具备良好的自驱力与团队协作能力；
8. 有海外项目经验或英语技术文档阅读能力者优先。
