岗位职责：
1、支付渠道接入，能跟进业务计划按时完成各国支付渠道的接入，如东南亚的APM或全球卡等支付渠道接入，并不断提升支付渠道的接入效率，*好能利用AI自动化解析银行接口文档，完成渠道的对接；
2、支付渠道稳定性提升，能识别已接入渠道的问题，包含能力不足导致的故障或客户投诉，能分析问题并提出优化建议，并联合支付渠道一起完成优化动作；
3、资损防控，能识别出款渠道的潜在资损风险，设计合理的熔断机制，把潜在风险消除；
4、定期与对口的支付渠道沟通。
职位要求
任职要求：
1、统招全日制本科或研究生学历，工作经验3年以上，有在支付公司、银行或电商公司支付团队任职的优先。
2、参与过支付渠道的对接工作，熟悉并了解支付系统主链路设计的优先。
3、有支付风险敏感度，参与过支付稳定性建设者优先。
4、具备良好的协作能力，英语可无障碍沟通者优先。
5、技术栈深度要求：
语言：Java精通，Golang辅助（需展示高并发场景代码）
中间件：RocketMQ事务消息、Redis等分布式锁实战经验
