岗位职责
1、参与需求分析、系统设计及核心代码开发，主导复杂业务模块的实现；
2、基于Spring Cloud微服务架构（Nacos注册中心/配置中心）搭建高可用分布式系统，解决服务治理、分布式事务等问题；
3、优化系统性能，设计容灾方案，保障ERP、OA等核心模块的高并发处理能力；
4、主导技术攻坚，解决历史系统重构、数据迁移、多系统集成等挑战；
5、编写技术文档，参与代码评审，指导初中级开发人员提升代码质量。
任职要求
1、5年以上Java开发经验，扎实的JVM、多线程、网络编程基础；
2、精通Spring全家桶（Spring Framework/Spring Boot/Spring MVC），熟悉Spring Cloud生态（Nacos/OpenFeign/Gateway等）；
3、熟悉微服务架构设计，具备服务拆分、API网关、分布式锁、熔断限流等实战经验；
4、熟练使用MySQL、Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka等中间件，掌握SQL优化及分库分表方案；
5、熟悉DevOps流程，有Jenkins/Docker/K8s落地经验者优先。
项目经验：
1、至少参与过2个中大型企业级项目开发，具备ERP、薪税核算、HRM（人员管理/考勤）等系统经验者优先；
2、熟悉企业复杂业务流程（如薪资计算规则、考勤排班逻辑），具备领域建模能力；
3、有单体系统微服务化改造经验，或从0到1搭建高可用分布式系统者优先。
