岗位职责：
1、负责调研分析亚马逊、阿里国际站、Tiktok等平台行业现状，提供优势品类及优势产品线分析报告、分析目标用户需求、规划产品方向、制定产品开发计划；
2、熟练掌握开发新品的流程及方法，配合各销售部门进行产品开发具体工作。利用鸥鹭、卖家精灵、JS等软件进行市场数据调研分析，竞品分析，筛选出蓝海目标产品。
3、熟悉每款所开发产品的特性，提炼产品核心卖点并提供运营人员完成产品的信息展示和更新；
4、对在售商品链接进行常态化的实时数据跟踪，及时发现客户负面反馈及产品问题并进行改进优化，及时淘汰劣势产品，不断优化产品线。
5、根据产品开发计划积极协助寻找匹配供应商，进行询价议价，审核产品外观、质量、价格定位等，建立稳定的采购渠道，满足公司对相应产品线的采购需求，在提高供货商服务水平的同时不断降低采购成本。
任职要求：
1、大学全日制专科及以上学历，英文读写能力强。
2、跨境电商产品开发经验1年以上，有成功的爆款产品开发经验者优先；至少熟悉一种亚马逊的数据分析工具；具体有敏锐的市场嗅觉，对数据敏感（熟悉服饰类目、运动产品类目的优先录取）；
3、掌握谈判技巧，能够从供应商处取得具有竞争性的价格；
4、工作积极主动，责任心强，具有良好的适应性和承受工作压力的能力；
5、逻辑思维能力强，有非常强的风险意识和成本意识，善于发现问题并解决问题。
