煤矿成立以来，认真贯彻国家安全生产方针政策和法律法规，以科学发展观为指导，始终坚持“以人为本”的管理理念，认真执行“安全*，预防为主，综合治理”的安全生产方针。投产以来取得了良好的经济效益，2017年度被孙家岔政府、神木市能源局评为先进集体。
