岗位职责：
1.负责公司开发软件平台的7×24小时稳定运行保障，包括服务器、数据库及中间件的监控与故障应急响应。
2.与客户进行沟通，理解需求并提供技术支持与解决方案。
3.负责系统功能模块的开发及优化，确保代码质量和模块功能的实现。
4.提供一线技术支持，记录并解决用户在使用平台过程中遇到的问题，如平台数据与材料的收集，文档编制等。

必备技术能力：
1.具备Java开发经验，理解Spring Boot/MyBatis框架原理，熟悉vue，nodeis，elementui；
2.熟练使用Git进行版本控制，了解CI/CD流程；
3.了解Redis缓存、RabbitMQ消息队列及Elasticsearch搜索引擎运维1.精通Linux系统管理（CentOS/Ubuntu），熟练使用systemctl、cron、firewall等命令；
4.掌握PostgreSQL数据库运维，包括主从复制、备份恢复及SQL调优；
5.掌握Nginx负载均衡配置及SSL证书管理；
6.能操作主流服务器监控工具（如Zabbix、Prometheus）。
