3.深入理解微服务架构，熟悉常用设计模式。
4.精通Spring Cloud等主流Java开发框架。
5.精通MySQL等关系型数据库，具备优秀的SQL编写和优化能力。
6.熟悉Redis、Kafka、RabbitMQ等常用中间件技术。
7.深入了解Docker容器化技术。
8.熟悉软件工程实践，如CI/CD、单元测试、代码审查等，并有实际应用经验。
9.熟悉敏捷开发方法论 (Scrum, Kanban等)，并具备实际敏捷团队工作经验。
10.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
