岗位：技术支持助理工程师（助理FAE）

岗位职责：
1. 在资深工程师的指导下，参与客户技术需求对接，协助完成公司芯片产品在客户端的软件/硬件设计和技术支持；
2. 配合团队完成产品售后的技术问题跟踪、数据收集与基础分析，协助输出技术反馈报告；
3. 参与客户现场或线上技术问题的排查与处理，逐步独立承担常规技术支持任务；
4. 积极完成上级安排的其他和本职位相关联的工作，接受系统性轮岗或项目历练。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化、微电子、计算机等理工科专业，2026届优秀应届生或一年左右经验者优先；
2. 具备扎实的专业基础，熟悉模拟/数字电路、嵌入式系统基础理论者优先；
3. 对光通信行业有浓厚兴趣，了解光模块基本架构或高速接口协议者优先；
4. 学习能力强，善于主动钻研，具备较强的团队协作精神和抗压能力；
5. 逻辑清晰，表达流畅，具备良好的沟通意愿和客户服务意识，愿意出差完成工作；
6. 有电子设计竞赛、单片机项目经验或相关实习经历者优先。
