岗位职责：
1、负责后端整体开发工作，对团队进行合理的任务分配与跟进，并有效落实责任、快速推动进度，对团队输出物进行质量把控；
2、参与研发过程中需求、设计、开发、测试、发布等重要环节讨论及评审；
3、参与技术架构设计、编写概要设计、接口文档等开发类文档；
4、负责核心代码编写，保障团队开发质量；
5、完其他产品开发以及项目支持工作；
6、负责后端团队能力建设，提升团队技术能力，框架能力，对团队日常工作进行细化和分解，指导团队高效率工作。
7、具备跨部分协调能力，能够根据研发目标进行跨部门能力协调。
8、领导交办的其他临时任务。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、熟练Java技术开发，java基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架；
3、熟练使用spring cloud/dubbo框架之一，并在项目中使用No-SQL数据库、MQ组件经验；
4、熟悉关系型数据库之一：MYSQL/ORACLE/SQL Server，对于SQL优化有一定经验；
5、熟悉计算框架：spark/flink，以及相关存储机制：hive/iceberg/clickhouse/doris，熟悉数仓分层架构ods/dwd/dws/ads；
6、对数据集成datax，sqoop，flinkcdc等部分组件熟练使用并拥有丰富项目经验；
7、熟练调度系统之一，比如（dolphinscheduler/AirFlow）和BI比如（powerBI）工具，并拥有相关项目经验；
8、具备良好的沟通表达能力、领导能力，独立开发及组织小组完成工作。
