岗位职责
1、负责 AWS 云基础设施的稳定性、高可用架构建设与运维；
2、负责 CI/CD 发布体系建设与维护，包括 GitLab CI、ArgoCD 等工具链；
3、负责可观测系统搭建与支持，包括 Prometheus、Loki、OpenTelemetry 等；
4、负责 IaC 基础设施及代码落地，使用 Terraform、SaltStack 等实现自动化管理；
5、参与故障排查、应急响应、监控告警与性能优化，保障线上服务稳定。

岗位要求
1、5 年以上大规模生产环境 DevOps 实战经验；
2、熟练使用 Python / Shell / Go 至少一种语言，能编写自动化脚本与工具；
3、精通 IaC 工具：Terraform、SaltStack，有实际项目落地经验；
4、熟悉 AWS 云服务、K8s、GitLab CI、ArgoCD、Prometheus、Loki；
5、具备高并发系统运维、故障排查与稳定性优化能力；
6、学习能力强，关注新技术，能主动推动方案落地。

加分项
1、有交易所 / 节点运维经验优先；
