一、岗位要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、自动化、工业工程、材料工程或相关工科专业；
2、3年及以上汽车电子行业NPI工程师或制造/工艺工程师(深度参与新品导入)的实际工作经验；
3、拥有汽车天线类产品或汽车线束或车载大功率电子模块的NPI经验优先；
4、精通NPI流程:深刻理解并熟练掌握汽车电子行业标准的NPI流程(EVT/DVT/PVT/PPAP)及各阶段核心任务、交付物;
5、熟悉电子装配、线束加工、注塑成型、自动焊锡、自动锁螺丝等工艺;
6、问题解决能力:精通运用5Why，8D，鱼骨图等质量工具进行根本原因分析和问题解决；
7、测试基础:了解基本的电子测试原理和方法(ICT，FCT)，理解测试工装开发流程；
8、抗压能力: 能适应快节奏、多任务并行的工作环境，有效处理项目压力和客户紧迫需求；
9、具有优秀的团队合作精神，执行力强；
10、为人正直、作风正派、务实。

二、岗位职责：
1、负责新产品前期DFX评审、DFA可生产审批；
2、负责新产品生产工装治具设计、新设备的引进及验收工作；
3、负责新产品工艺相关资料的制作（PPAP资料、SOP、PFMEA等）；
4、主导新产品试产阶段的工作（工装治具、培训、工序安排、问题分析等）；
5、负责新产品试产及初期量产问题的分析解决；
6、工艺流程优化和节约成本，对作业员进行培训指导；
7、对新产品工艺及过程质量负责、解决生产中的问题；ECR的提出，改善提案的提出，使生产顺利流畅；
8、结合新产品开发规划并提供生产现有设备的优化及改善。
