岗位要求：
1. 光电、光学工程、物理及相关专业硕士及以上学历；8年以上光通信行业经验，有EDFA及其它有源产品经验；
2. 熟练掌握EDFA光模块、光放大器硬件设计方案与光学模拟设计，熟悉光通信产品生产流程以及测试设备的使用；
3. 熟悉光通信行业相关器件的功能用途，产品结构、性能指标、制作工艺与风险识别；
4. 了解光通信行业内各主要器件公司相关产品：各自的技术方案，性能优势；
5. 具有较强的动手能力，能独立开展测试平台的搭建及调试。
6. 具备良好的英语读写听说能力，能与客户用英文交流。
