一、根据业务部门的需求开展2025年升级优化，新增微信普通员工绑定、微信消息提醒、在线客服音视频通话、账户变更预约、预约记录查询、查询版网银跳转、微信对账使用报表功能等功能，优化微信对账、回单查询等身份认证规则以及账户查询权限，逐步打造以微信公众号为主体的微信银行；
二、配套企业级客户管理系统、机构员工系统、智能客服系统、合作机构信息交互系统等关联系统进行改造测试，配合关联系统项目建设工作；
三、完成微信客服平台系统日常生产监控，应用存量缺陷修复、安全漏洞、组件漏洞问题的修复优化，确保系统的稳定性。
