职位定位
负责公司知识库、智能文档撰写、大模型应用开发平台等Agent产品在客户业务环境中的开发与交付，覆盖需求对接、定制开发、系统集成、部署上线及运维支持。需能够接受中短期出差和项目驻场
岗位职责
1.参与客户需求调研和技术方案设计，将业务需求转化为可落地的后端实现方案
2.负责Agent应用模块的设计、开发、迭代与性能优化
3.根据客户业务系统环境，完成公司产品二次开发和系统适配
4.编写接口、部署和运维文档，参与客户培训、项目验收及POC技术支持
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2-3年及以上后端开发经验，具备扎实的系统架构设计能力；
2.熟练使用Python，具备扎实的编程基础与异步编程经验，有AI Agents实际开发经验；
3.熟练使用FastAPI/Flask 等后端框架，以及Dify/Langchain/LlamaIndex等AI开发框架；
4.熟悉Ragflow/KAG/GraphRAG等开源知识库框架，对知识检索链路有深度理解；
5.熟练使用MySQL、Redis，并对至少一种向量数据库(如Elasticsearch/Milvus/Qdrant/Pinecone)有实战经验;
6.具备较强的逻辑抽象能力，能够将复杂的 AI 业务需求解构为可复用的底层基础设施；
7.具备良好的需求理解、沟通协作和技术文档撰写能力，能够适应客户现场工作和项目交付
8.能够接受每月约1～2周出差，以及根据项目需要进行1～3个月驻场开发
加分项
1.有金融、能源、政务、制造等行业的企业级AI项目交付经验
2.同时具备Golang开发能力，能够理解 Golang 的设计哲学
3.熟练使用Codex/ClaudeCode/Cursor，注重代码简洁与质量
工作时间:09:00-18:00，周末双休，加班调休
