1.具有3年SAP本模块实施/运维经验，其中财务模块顾问要具有SAP FI/CO、财务共享项目咨询、实施或运维管理经验；
2.熟悉SAP本模块业务流程、前台操作和后台配置；
3.拥有问题分析解决的能力，熟悉行业解决方案以及模块的后台配置与系统应用，了解电力（火电、水电、核电、新能源等）、制造、工程服务等不少于1个行业的解决方案；
4.具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
5.责任心强，工作认真细致，具备良好的团队合作精神。
工作内容：
1.按运维管理要求完成本模块日常运维工作，负责接收、处理本模块相关涉及系统变更的运维事件解决提供业务解决方案、功能设计、配置清单、用户培训等；
2.负责收集用户流程、程序、报表等系统需求并处理；
3.负责梳理工单平台问题，整理形成知识库，定期汇报，负责定期对运维相关资料、技术文档、培训材料进行升级；
4.按要求完成运维文档和交付物，确保运维过程规范，运维效率和质量符合要求，客户满意度高；
5.按要求开展增补实施、赴用户现场开展需求调研、培训等工作；开展用户回访和满意度调查；
7负责对运维提出合理化建议和服务改进建议，持续对本周运维事件进行优化；
8.负责使用单位月结、年结、审计、应用评价等工作的支持；
9.负责本模块方案设计和业务流程优化，独立出具方案、汇报材料，组织完成本模块和其他模块的相关配置；
10.负责接收、处理本模块以及跨模块相关设计系统变更的运维事件，出具并审核业务解决方案、功能设计、配置清单等；
11.本组方案的审核，参与制定重大方案的编制，定期进行方案评估；控制本模块重大事项的处理进度、质量、识别运维过程中的各类风险，制定优化措施，确保运维质量和效率，组织并协调跨组事的解决，包括不限于测试、数据收集、材料编制、用户培训等工作；
12.负责定期分析，并根据ERP使用单位的需求，出具解决方案。
13.负责组织编制本组运维服务工作报告；
14.负责完成领导交办的其他事项。
