岗位职责
- 负责所在城市与无人驾驶、智能网联、末端配送、特种车辆等相关的政策和法规沟通，以及获取无人车路权。
- 持续跟进交通、住建、城管、公安交管、商务、发改、工信等相关政府部门的监管要求，协助公司运营合规化。
- 建立并维护与市、区两级政府及相关委办局的良好合作关系，提升公司在当地的认知度与可信任度。
- 参与或主导与政府部门的日常沟通、项目汇报、协调会、座谈会等，确保公司诉求与城市管理诉求的有效对接。
- 配合城市运营团队，推动无人物流车在重点区域（园区、商圈、街道、示范区等）的试点项目审批与落地。
- 协调相关职能部门解决运营过程中的路权、通行、停靠点设置、作业时间等实际问题。
- 与法务、合规、运营团队协同，建立城市层面的合规运营机制和流程，对运营活动进行合规风险预判与把控。
- 参与突发事件（交通事故、媒体曝光、投诉等）的对外协调和舆情应对，协助维护公司对政府和公众的正面形象。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，公共管理、法学、新闻传播、经济、城市规划、交通/物流、管理类等相关专业优先。
2. 3 年以上政府事务、公共政策、产业园区运营、行业协会、招商引资或相关岗位经验，有智能网联汽车、物流、出行、互联网平台、智慧城市项目经验者优先。
3. 熟悉地方政府运作机制，了解交通、城管、发改、工信等系统基本职能和工作流程，有相关部门资源者优先。
4. 具备较强的文字功底和材料撰写能力，能够独立完成项目申报、汇报方案、政策分析报告等。
5. 具备优秀的沟通谈判与关系维护能力，能够在复杂多方博弈中推动项目达成。
6. 结果导向，具备良好的跨部门协作能力，能与运营、产品、技术、法务、品牌等团队紧密配合。
