As a seniJava backend development leader with more that 5 years of experience. You will serve as a core technical member of the development team, leading deeply participating in the design, development, deployment, full lifecycle maintenance of the companys cross-border payment system. You need to have a high pursuit of code quality, system stability, security to ensure that you can provide secure, stable, efficient services to users worldwide.
What you’ll do
System design development: Participate in the core architecture design technical solution development of cross-border payment platforms, responsible fthe development iteration of core modules such as transactions, clearing settlement, risk control, account systems, write high-quality maintainable code.
Performance optimization stability assurance: Monitoptimize system performance, handle online failures, ensure high availability of the system in high concurrency, multi time zone environments (target 7x24 hour stable operation). Build a full chain stress testing, monitoring, log analysis system to quickly locate resolve performance bottlenecks anomalies.
Security Compliance: Build a payment system that complies with international security standards Chinese regulatory requirement, design implement a fund security protection system, including transaction monitoring, API communication encryption, anti attack strategies, etc., to ensure the security of user data funds.
Deployment Operations Collaboration: Proficient in using containerization technologies such as Docker Kubernetes, collaborating with operations teams to achieve automated deployment, publishing, governance of services.
Teamwork documentation: Work closely with product, front-end, testing, operation teams to complete requirement reviews implement technical solutions. Write clear technical design documents, API documents, system architecture documents.
Who you are
5+ years working experience in a high-tech fin-tech company has experience in core modules of cross-border payments third-part payments.
Java Core: Proficient in Java language JVM principles, with a deep understanding of multithreading, concurrent programming, collection frameworks, performance tuning.
Mainstream frameworks: Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud other mainstream open source frameworks, understtheir core principles.
Database Middleware: Proficient in MySQL SQL optimization, familiar with at least one NoSQL database (such as Redis) its application scenarios. Proficient in using commonly used message middleware such as Kafka/RocketMQ/RabbitMQ.
Distributed technology: Familiar with the concept of distributed systems, microservice architecture design governance, familiar with common solutions such as distributed transactions, caching, locks, etc.
Excellent logical thinking, problem analysis positioning skills, technical problem-solving abilities.
Good teamwork spirit cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to multi time zone collaboration.
Strong sense of responsibility risk awareness, highly sensitive to financial security vulnerabilities.
