Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmapping
· Lead end-to-end product lifecycle fWeb3 offerings (e.g., institutional wallets, RWA tokenization platforms), defining vision, KPIs, roadmap alignment with Amber’s business goals.
· Conduct competitive analysis of Web3 products, synthesizing insights feature prioritization differentiation strategies.
2. Product Design & Execution
· Develop detailed PRDs, user stories, Figma prototypes fcore features (e.g., key management, gas optimization, cross-chain swaps), ensuring security UX excellence.
· Collaborate with engineering to implement cryptographic tech (e.g., ZK rollups, threshold signatures) oversee agile delivery using Jira/Notion.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
· Partner with BD/sales to GTM materials (e.g., technical docs, API guides) support client onboarding finstitutional solutions.
· Coordinate with compliance/legal teams to embed regulatory safeguards (e.g., KYC flows, travel rule compliance) product design.
4. Market & Data-Driven Optimization
· Analyze user behavi(e.g., wallet transaction patterns, liquidity pool usage) market trends to iterate on product features drive adoption.
· MonitKPIs run A/B tests to validate improvements.
Core Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related fields.
· 3+ years in product management, with a proven track record in commercialized B2B/B2C tech products (Web3, fintech, SaaS preferred).
· Hands-on experience in Web3 verticals (e.g., exchanges, wallets, RWA, DeFi protocols).
· Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Axure), agile frameworks, analytics platforms (Amplitude, Tableau).
· Understanding of blockchain infra (smart contracts, consensus mechanisms) security standards (e.g., CCSS).
Communication:
· Fluent English Mandarin to engage global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with MPC/TSS wallets, cross-chain bridges, institutional custody solutions.
· Familiarity with Web3 data tools (The Graph, Dune Analytics) SDKs (Web3.js, Ethers.js).
· Exposure to tokenomics design regulatory frameworks (MiCA, FATF Travel Rule).
