（一）职位描述
1、基于JAVA技术的软件设计和研发，编写核心代码并解决技术难题。
2、根据设计文档，设计相关程序并完成代码的编写、自测、调试及相关维护
（二）任职要求
1）5年以上后端开发经验，精通JAVA，掌握Ajax、XML等技术，熟悉JavaScript相关框架；
2）JAVA Web开发经验，掌握SpringMVC、SpringBoot等主流开发框架，熟悉微服务框架，熟悉设计模式优先；
3）熟悉达梦、人大金仓等国产关系型数据库开发,并具有一定的调优能力；
4）熟悉云容器的部署、发布操作；
5）熟悉gitlab；
6）扎实掌握HTML、CSS、Javascript基础知识，了解HTML5、CSS3、ES2015及更高版本的功能特性；
7）熟悉前端工程化开发过程，熟练使用、掌握VUE、React、angular框架，熟练掌握css等样式编程，特别是React、AntDesign和umi框架。
8）对浏览器兼容性问题处理、异常调试、性能优化、Web安全防护、改善用户体验相关的知识有实践经验；
9）精通Java、SpringFramework，熟悉Spring事件机制，SQL语言、MyBatis，Kafka消息队列，有数据底座平台相关开发经验优先。
