一、岗位要求：
1、体系管理制定：负责组织建立、实施和维护环境、健康、安全管理体系，确保其有效运行并持续改进。拟定EHS管理制度及应急预案，监督体系运行与整改维护管理台账，完成政府报备及证件更新工作。
2、风险管控：通过日常监督、检查、培训和合规管理，防控现场EHS风险，处理各类EHS事故和事件，落实各项安全措施，为员工创造安全、健康和舒适的工作环境牵头突发事件处置，组织应急演练。
3、培训与监督：组织安全教育培训，提升员工安全意识开展安全检查，监督危险源控制措施落实。
4、对外协调：对接政府监管部门（如安监局、环保局），处理外联事务参与新/改/扩建项目“三同时”审查。
5、其它领导安排的工作。
二、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程或相关专业背景。
2、3年以上EHS相关工作经验，具备工厂或制造业安全管理经验者优先。
3、熟悉国家安全生产法律法规及EHS管理体系，持有注册安全工程师或相关资质者优先。
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和责任心，能够独立处理突发事件。
