1、负责保障公司安全生产及消防安全方面工作的合规经营，执行且遵守安全生产相关法律法规；
2、日常管理厂区安全风险评估，制定必要措施，推动措施落地；
3、开展日常排查，包括消防、设备等高风险隐患，推动隐患整改，监督并保障风险控制措施的有效性；
4、统筹对厂区员工进行安全生产培训，使员工了解和能够正确应对各种安全风险；
5、调查和处理各类安全违规和安全事件，推动现场安全生产工作改善，防止类似事件再次发生；
6、统筹制定各类场景的现场专项预案，并组织员工进行培训和演练，确保员工掌握应急技能；
7、负责与外部政府相关机构如消防、安监、环保等进行沟通协调，并联动协调内部各部门执行政府和法规要求。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程或相关专业。
2、3年以上制造业、化工、医药等行业HSE管理经验，持有注册安全工程师证者优先。
3、熟悉ISO 45001、ISO 14001等管理体系及相关法律法规。
4、具备较强的风险识别能力、沟通协调能力及执行力。
