【岗位职责】
1、根据需求独立或协作完成功能模块的设计、开发与代码实现，并保障代码质量；
2、解决开发过程中的技术难题，对系统性能、稳定性进行优化；
3、参与代码审查、系统维护、版本迭代等周期性研发工作；
4、参与数据库设计、SQL编写与性能调优，保障数据层高效可靠；
5、配合团队完成系统部署、测试及线上问题排查与修复；
6、按要求完成其他相关技术任务，确保工作按时交付。
【任职要求】
1、拥有坚实的Java编程技能，精通Spring Boot及其他主流开源框架；
2、精通Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis、Spring Cloud等后端技术栈，并具备实际项目应用经验；熟悉Elasticsearch、Redis、消息队列（MQ）等中间件技术；掌握MySQL等关系型数据库的设计与优化；
3、至少5年的软件开发经验，能够独立完成复杂系统的架构设计与模块划分，具备优秀的抽象思维能力和技术难题解决能力；
4、熟悉阿里、华为中台相关api、sdk调用的优先考虑；
5、对elementui、Vue.js等前端技术有所了解，可以独立完成非可视化类的前端开发任务的优先考虑；
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效管理团队，推动项目顺利进行。
