3.研究和推广新技术, 进行相应的开发技术升级。
任职要求:
1.热爱Java技术, 对各种不熟悉的技术有浓厚的学习兴
趣;
2.精通Java语言 (熟悉JVM者优先) ;
3.熟练掌握各种常用的设计模式, 有较强的设计重构与
代码重构意识, 精通至少两种J2EE开源主流的框架 (有
个人框架作品者优先);
4.有良好的沟通能力, 有较强的独立工作能力和解决问
题的能力, 良好的分析问题及解决问题的能力, 有良好
的软件工程知识和质量意识;
5.熟练掌握下技术中的至少2点: JMS/NIO/JVM/
Hadoop/NoSQL/
6、有国网经验着优先;
