1、负责人工智能产品研发工作，编写高质量的Agent代码，并进行Prompt工程化开发和持续优化；
2、基于大模型能力设计并实现Prompt、Workflow、Agent，支撑产品智能化需求;
3、负责AI服务的监控、异常处理和性能优化；
4、实现智能体工作流程和任务编排，确保智能体能够高效地完成复杂任务
职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上人工智能应用开发经验；
2、熟练掌握Python编程及相关框架(如LangChain、LlamaIndex等)，有智能体应用开发经验;
3、熟悉RAG技术实现原理，具备向量数据库应用经验，能够实现高效的知识检索系统。
4、熟悉主流大模型API（通义千问、OpenAI、Claude、Gemini等），熟练掌握大语言模型（LLM）原理和架构;
5、熟悉Prompt Engineering、Agent或AI Workflow设计，熟悉主流数据采集、标注、清洗、分析工具使用;
6、具有良好的学习能力、团队协作精神和解决问题的能力。
