职责描述：
1、具备创新思维并配合使用BKM(*已知方法)来为设备提供相应的服务，用EMECA(故暗模式，影响及危害性分析)对设备疑难故情进行分析确定故障对设备的影响，找出单点故障原因:并根据故障的严重程度及其发生概率确定其危害性提高设备的可靠性和安全性；
2、参与问题外理方针构建，并与研发部门合作解决所发现的问题:同时与制造或研发部门人员合作制定SOP(标准作业流程)，按需参与设备方案的相关测试;
3、与质量部及研发人员合作，审查和解决设备关键性问题:参与并提供相关CAPA(纠正/预防措施)流程，必要时叫共同进行或促进DFEMA(设计失效模式分析)；
4、制定或完善相关文档，如设备的安装、改造和维护程序(产品技术手册)；
5、根据需要制定或修改新的SOP，并提供客户端技术支持注意事项、内部集成调试手法，和故障排除指导书等；
6、收集汇总设备各产品的应用场景，如相关工艺流程和Recipe及其条件参数等数据;以创建BKM，缩短调试时间，提升设备效能；
7、协助新设备的初始培训内容，并与后勤培训部合作完成培训教材与课程。在发货前，完成技术支持与现场应用等人员的相关培训。
任职要求：
1、硕士应届生或相关经验本科，优秀院校优先；
2、电气自动化、精密仪器专业相关，有精密仪器经验，动手及逻辑分析能力强优先
