【岗位职责】
1、担任团队核心开发者，负责SHEIN商品质量相关系统的架构和研发工作，包括技术选型、部署架构、软件架构、数据架构等技术方案的设计、评审；
2、作为SHEIN商品质量系统owner，承担关键任务攻坚，负责提升系统性能和保障系统可用性，负责技术栈转型升级，支撑业务快速迭代发展。

【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上教育背景，计算机相关专业，如软件工程、计算机科学与技术、大数据等；
2、5年及以上Java开发经验，具备丰富架构设计和系统重构升级改造的实践经验者优先；
3、精通主流框架及相关技术栈，对Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis、Service Mesh、K8S等框架体系有较为深刻的理解，有相关项目实施经验；
4、熟悉关系型和非关系型数据库基本理论，有MySQL、StarRocks、ClickHouse、Elasticsearch 使用及优化经验；
5、熟悉分布式系统中常用的缓存、消息等技术与工具，具备高并发、低延时、高可用系统架构设计能力；
6、熟悉主流算法和数据结构，了解各类设计模式；有了解供应链运筹算法、求解器、对接算法工程经验者优先；
7、加分项：熟悉 Hadoop/Hive/Kafka/HBase/Spark/Flink 等大数据开发技术及其生态圈者优先；
8、加分项：有LLM应用层开发落地经验者，对各种大语言模型有了解者优先；
9、有良好的学习创新能力和沟通表达能力，具有良好的文档书写能力，有写博客习惯者优先；
10、对业务有思考，对技术有追求，对软件开发有热情，责任心强，积极上进，善于思考者优先;
