岗位职责：
1.负责通信产品RF一体化PCB的全流程设计，熟悉多层板叠层规划、布局布线、阻抗控制、EMC/EMI优化，确保射频链路指标达标、数字模块信号完整性。2.主导PCB设计需求分析，对接硬件工程师确认原理图网表、器件封装、关键信号(射频、高速数字)设计规范，输出可生产的PCB版图文件。
3.负责PCB设计过程中的仿真验证(如阻抗、串扰、电源完整性)，解决多层板设计中的射频信号泄露数字射频串扰等核心问题。
4.配合生产、测试环节，提供PCB工艺支持，跟进打样、试产过程中的问题排查与设计迭代，输出PCB设计文档(BOM、丝印、装配图等)
5.维护PCB设计库(封装、器件、规则)，优化设计流程。
任职要求:
1.本科以上学历，通信工程、电子信息工程相关专业。
2.4年以上通信行业PCB设计经验，精通8层及以上多层板设计，有通信数字板+射频板绘图经验者优
3.至少要会使用candence绘制PCB板，熟悉PCB生产及工艺可制造性。
