基于 ROS/ROS2 框架进行机器人应用系统开发与落地，完成整体软件架构搭建与工程实现
负责机器人在嵌入式 Linux 平台（ARM）上的部署、调试与性能优化（CPU占用、延迟、稳定性）
参与多传感器数据接入与融合开发（相机 / 激光雷达 / IMU / 其他工业传感器）
参与机器人控制与感知系统的工程化实现，打通算法模块与系统应用层
参与机器人整体系统架构设计，构建可扩展、可部署的工程化软件体系
负责复杂环境下系统稳定性优化（弱光、烟雾、夜间等场景）
与硬件、嵌入式、结构等团队协同，推动机器人系统整体落地与交付
任职要求
必备条件
本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、机器人等相关专业
3年以上机器人软件开发或嵌入式 Linux 开发经验
熟练使用 ROS/ROS2，具备实际机器人项目开发经验
熟练掌握 C++（C++11及以上），具备良好的工程化编码能力
熟悉 Linux 开发与调试（进程 / 线程 / 日志 / gdb / 性能分析等）
具备嵌入式 Linux（ARM平台）开发或部署经验
熟悉机器人常见传感器（相机 / 雷达 / IMU）及基础数据处理流程
有真实机器人或智能设备项目经验（非纯仿真）

有 SLAM 系统（ORB-SLAM / VINS / LIO-SAM 等）使用或优化经验
有 SLAM 参数调优、漂移问题优化、系统稳定性优化经验
