◦ 精通Java语言及主流开源框架，深入掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud（Eureka/Nacos, OpenFeign, Ribbon, Hystrix/Sentinel, Gateway/Zuul等组件）。
◦ 必须有实际的Spring Boot重大版本升级（如2.x升3.x）或微服务化改造项目经验，能深刻理解其中的挑战和解决方案。
◦ 熟练掌握MySQL数据库应用，具备优秀的SQL编写、优化能力及数据库设计能力。
◦ 熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka等中间件的使用。
3. 加分项：
◦ 熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术。
◦ 有分布式系统、高并发系统开发经验者优先。
◦ 了解CI/CD流水线搭建（Jenkins/GitLab CI等）。
