职位描述 Job description
1.协助确保食品和饮料的活动与各自的企业战略保持一致，并在适当的时候实施酒店行动。
Assist to ensure that the Food Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.  
2.定期举行部门沟通会议，确保部门简报和会议有效，并在必要时进行。
Conduct regular divisional communications meetings ensure that departmental briefings meetings are effective conducted as necessary.
3.确保品牌承诺，并随时提供特殊的客人服务。
Ensure the delivery of brpromise provide exceptional guest service at all times. 
4.礼貌、高效地处理客人和内部客户的投诉和询问，并确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handle all guest internal customer complaints inquiries in a courteous efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
5.确保完成月度和年度个人目标和销售收入。
Ensure to achieve the monthly annual personal target the outlet’s revenue. 
6.确保遵守酒店、公司和当地的财务记录、资金处理和许可的规章、政策和规定，包括及时准确地报告财务信息。
Ensure that all hotel, company local rules, policies regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling licensing are adhered to, including the timely accurate reporting of financial information.
7.与部门成员一起制定年度营销计划，作为餐饮部年度营销计划的基础。
Prepare annual marketing plan with members of the department, as a base of annual marketing plan of F&B Dept. 
8.不断评估当地、国家和国际市场趋势，供应商和其他酒店/餐厅的运作，以确保酒店的运营保持竞争力和优势。
Evaluate local, national international market trends, vendors other hotel/restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the hotel’s operations remain competitive cutting edge.
任职要求 Qualification
1.大学毕业，
University/ Higher Diploma graduate, majin Business is an advantage.
2.至少2年在餐饮部门工作经历。
At least 2 years working experience on the same position in F&B.
