职位描述 Job description
1.随时在酒店主要入口和礼宾台问候和协助客人。
Attendant to hotel main entrance City insider counter to greet assist guests at all times.
2.管理酒店正门区域车辆交通，确保酒店主要出入口畅通。
Control the traffic at the hotel front entrance area, ensure hotel is well represented at the hotel main entrance.
3.在入住和退房的高峰期，主动为大堂客人提供行李递送服务。
Actively assist all guests in the lobby pertaining to luggage delivery during guest check-ins check-outs.
4.确保酒店和客人的所有物品安全送达指定地点，并遵循酒店政策与程序记录存档。
Ensure the safe delivery of all hotel guest items to the stipulated destinations maintain proper hotel records of the delivery information according to hotel policy procedures.
5.精通城市、购物中心和酒店信息，熟悉并更新IFS促销信息，为酒店客人提供帮助和指引。
Well know City Insider Information hotel information, familiar with updated IFS promotion information, provide assistance directions to all hotel patrons.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.酒店礼宾部经验（非必须）。
Hotel Bell Services experience preferred.
2.良好的对客沟通技巧和服务意识，能与上级沟通。具备良好健康的身体素质。
Good guest contact skill service manner, able to communicate with direct leader. Possess good physical fitness health.
