岗位职责:
工作职责：
1、负责跟踪、解读及落实国家与地方环保、职业病防治法律法规及其他要求，确保公司运营合规；
2、参与新、改、扩建项目的环保“三同时”手续及验收工作；
3、负责监督、指导公司废水、废气、噪声等环保治理设施的日常稳定运行，确保达标排放。包含污水处理站运行和自动监测站房的运维的日常管理；
4、负责建立并监督公司危险废物及危险化学品的全生命周期管理流程，包括分类、存储、标识、处置及台账管理，确保合规、安全；
5、组织或协调进行环境监测，负责环保相关数据的收集、统计与分析，按时完成各项环保报表、管理台账及许可证的申报与备案工作；
6、协助编制与更新环保应急预案，参与环保相关应急演练与事件调查；
7、组织并管理员工职业健康监护，包括上岗前、在岗期间、离岗时的职业健康检查，建立并妥善管理员工职业健康监护档案。主导完成“职业病危害项目申报”工作，并负责应对政府监管部门的职业健康监督检查；
8、负责监督和推进各项EHS培训工作的有效推进。
任职要求:
任职要求：
1. 学历与专业要求：全日制本科及以上学历，环保工程、安全工程或化工工程等相关专业；
2. 工作经验：3年以上医药企业安全环保管理或相关技术工作经验，熟悉环保设施运维及危废管理；
3. 专业知识技能：熟练使用Office办公软件，具备良好的文档编写和报告能力；
4. 资质与法规要求：熟悉环保法律法规、环境监测标准及污染物排放标准；能独立阅读环保设施图纸，具备基础的数据分析能力，注册安全工程师优先；
5. 其他要求：具备良好的团队协作能力与责任心。
